Boss media and Poker Trillion

Gambling at online gambling sites can be considered risky for gamblers, however, the greater risk lies with the internet gambling companies themselves. Boss media, a well known internet gambling company based in Sweden which offers casino and poker solutions have been subject to a legal action from one of the company’s licensees during the past 12 months. Boss media executives recently described the lawsuit as an act of revenge.
Boss media released the site, Poker Trillion from the Boss Network, this was not acceptable with Poker Trillion executives who filled a case with Maltese courts citing an issue with Boss Media poker rakes. Poker Trillion took the stance for nearly twelve months claiming that the court had authorized the company’s legalities with Boss Media.
The Boss Media group released a statement that lambasted Poker Trillion’s strategy of trying to ruin the reputation of Boss Media within the industry and of course causing the loss of revenue. The statement described the proceedings as “a reckless attempt to support a legal action that is without merit and initiated as retribution for their dismissal from the Boss Media network.” Recently, Poker Trillions dropped all claims against Boss Media. The announcement was short and offered very little further detail. There was no indication of any monetary settlement between the two partys or explanation as to why the case was dropped.
